3Photo Storage, Security & Retention

Retention Periods

Photos and event data are retained based on your subscription tier:

• Free Events: 5 days after event date
• Starter Plan: 30 days after event date
• Premium Plan: 90 days after event date
• Professional Plan: 365 days after event date

Important: After the retention period expires, photos and event data are permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered. We recommend downloading your photos before the retention period ends.

Photo Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos you upload. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license solely to display and deliver those photos to your event guests through our platform.

4Data Sharing and Third Parties

Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our service:

• Supabase: Database and file storage (photos)
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Vercel: Website hosting and delivery
• Google Analytics: Usage analytics (anonymized)

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Legal Requirements
